Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 sqs. bitter chocolate
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
pinch salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and chocolate; let cool. Put sugar, salt, milk, egg and vanilla in bowl over ice. Stri until egg is broken. Add butter and chocolate and beat until it peaks.

(Mix ingredients before putting bowl over ice).
