Ingredients
- 14 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
- 1 shallot,
- 1 garlic glove,
- 4 large zucchini,
- 1/3 oz fresh tarragon,
- zucchini flowers,
- 1/2 ActiFry spoon extra virgin olive oil,
- Fine sea salt (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into the ActiFry and heat for 3 minutes. Finely slice the shallot, chop the garlic and dice the chicken breast, add them into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the diced zucchini to the pan with salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut the zucchini flowers into very thin strips. When the chicken and zucchinis are cooked, add the zucchini flower strips along with the fresh tarragon leaves.
