Apple Cake Pie

Ingredients

• Batter:
• 5 large apples, peeled and sliced thin and small
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. lemon juice over apples.

Mix the batter and spread over apples.

Bake in 350 oven 45 mins.
