- lb. loaf:
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/8 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
- 2 tsp. yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Regular setting and press start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
