- lb. loaf:
- 1 1/8 c. water
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. instant potato flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. yeast

- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting and press start.
After the baking cycle end, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool 1 hr. before slicing.
