Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. white corn syrup (karo)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cook over low heat until sugars are dissolved. Cover 2-3 minutes while syrup boils. Uncover and continue cooking until soft ball forms in cold water or 238 on candy thermometer. Cool to lukewarm; then beat until of right consistency to spread. Nuts may be sprinkled over top.
