Ingredients
- 21/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. pastry flour
- 2 c. pecans, cut coarse or 1 c. ground pecans
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- Powdered Sugar

Step 1
Cream butter and sugar, add flour, vanilla and nuts. Roll in palm of hand (dough size of butter ball). Bake 15-20 min. in hot oven. Place on unbuttered cookie sheet about 2 in. apart. While still hot, remove from sheet and roll in powdered sugar.
