  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 peeled tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup seeded green olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • salt
  • chili powder (optional)
