Ingredients
- 1 (9") unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup (6 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Whipped cream and/or Ice cream, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie crust 10 min; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with butter. With mixer, beat chocolate mixture, condensed milk, biscuit mix, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until smooth.
Stir in nuts. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40-45 min or until center is set. Cool at least one hour. Serve warm or cool to room temp. Serve with whipped cream and/or ice cream. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
