Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in usual manner. On lightly floured board, roll to 1/4” thickness. Cut with cookie cutter dipped in flour. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 for 5-10 minutes.
