Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 can (16 oz.) sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions
- 8-12 oz. cooked ham or turkey ham sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Oven: Set to 350.
In a bowl combine and stir well – Soup, sour cream, potatoes, peas, ½ can onions
Ham: Cut into 3 thick slices then in half. Press into potato mixture, rounded side up on spoke fashion to form a starburst.
Bake: 30 minutes – Top with remaining onions, bake uncovered for 5 minutes until brown.
