Ingredients
- 1 pint Sun Drops™ Sweet Grape Tomatoes
- 2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
- 1 tub (385 g) of Pearl bocconcini cheese
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- 14 -18 skewers

Preparation
Step 1
1.Place an equal amount of tomatoes and bocconcini balls into a bowl and toss with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
2.Skewer first your tomato, then a basil leaf followed by a ball of bocconcini cheese.
