Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 med. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 tsp. or less salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. BV
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 1
Melt butter and stir in flour. Add onion, garlic, meat and cook until meat is done. Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, soup, paprika, BV and water chestnuts to meat mixture. Cook 45 min.
Add sour cream and cook about 15 more min. Do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
