Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate broken into small pieces
  • 1 c toasted, unsalted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Place chocolate in med glass or other microwave safe dish. Microwave on 30% power for 15 seconds. Stir chocolate and return for 5 seconds. Stir again. Repeat in 5 second intervals until melted. Stir in almonds. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until cool and hardened. Store in airtight container in the frig.
