Ingredients
- 20 fresh mussels,
- 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil,
- 1 clove garlic,
- 1 small parsley bunch,,
- 1 fresh chili pepper,
- 1/3 cup dry white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Pour the oil in the ActiFry and cook for 1 minute.
Add the mussels, the parsley, the garlic and the chili. Cook for 2 minutes and then pour in the white wine.
After adding the wine, cook for another 3 minutes. Then put them in a deep serving dish with their cooking juices.
