Ingredients

  • 4 thin sliced organic chicken breasts
  • 1 T. Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten with small amount of water
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs or blanched almond flour
  • 1 T. Nutritional Yeast (optional)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. dried parsley
  • 1/2 t. sea salt

Step 1

Beat egg, add maple syrup if using in bowl large enough to dip each chicken breast in. Combine remaining ingredients on large plate. Dip chicken breasts in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 approx 25 minutes turning once after 15-20 minutes.
