Ingredients
- 8 fresh artichokes,
- 1 ActiFry spoon extra virgin olive oil,
- 3 tablespoons smoked bacon,
- 1 can green asparagus,
- Fine sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Trim the artichokes, removing the damaged leaves and the choke. Cut artichoke into four. Pour the oil into the ActiFry and cook for about 4 minutes.
Dice the bacon and add it to the pan. Brown for about 3 minutes.
Add the artichokes followed by the green asparagus tips. Season. Cook for about 8 minutes.
