Ingredients
- 2 large green peppers
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 12oz can tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 t chili powder
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup minute rice

Step 1
Core peppers and boil for 3 minutes. Chop into bite size pieses. Fry ground beef and onions, stir in all ingredients except pepper and cheese. Return to boiling and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked pepper and cheese and cover. Bake for 30 to 45 minute at 375 degrees.
