- 1 log (5-6 oz) fresh goat cheese, softened
- salt and pepper
- pesto
- crostini, for serving

In a medium bowl, mash goat cheese with a fork. season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/4 cup pesto. Refrigerate, covered with plastic, up to 1 day. Bring to room temp before serving.
