Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 3 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 tsp each dried basil, parsley, rosemary
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large ziplock bag add all ingredients except toppings. Shake bag well to coat pork. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Broil pork chops for 5-6 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Meanwhile, saute mushrooms in butter until tender, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place mushrooms on pork chops, cover with cheese. Broil for an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
