  • 1/3 cup whole-grain oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp nuts of choice
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • drizzle of maple syrup

Step 1

1. Place oatmeal, chia seeds, banana & strawberry into a bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla and pour milk mixture over oat-chia mixture.
2. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight. In the morning, remove the bowl from the fridge and top with nuts and another couple of slices of strawberry. You can also add additional fluid at this point and a drizzle of maple syrup.
