  • 1/2 cup Milk

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pan of mini muffin cups and set aside. In a large bowl combine the Bisquick, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir in the broccoli and cheese until well incorporated. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups. Bake 18 minutes until golden brown.
