Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 ozs.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 4 ozs. chopped corned beef
- 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
- Pretzel crackers or cicktail rye

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup swiss cheese, the dressing and corned beef. Spread in pie plate or quiche dish. Top with sauerkraut and remaining 1/2 cup swiss cheese. Bake about 15 mins. or until bubbly around edge.
