Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples peeled and cored
  • 6 ounces Raspberries
  • 1 pound Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
  • 10 (10inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cinnamon Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, berries and white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat one side of the tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Served with chilled fruit.
