Ingredients
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 c. chow mein noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1 c. butterscotch chips over hot, but not boiling water (a double boiler if you want)
Stir in 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter.
Take off the heat and stir in 1 c. mini marshmallows.
Stir in 2 c. chow mein noodles.
Drop by generous tablespoonsful onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.
