  • 3/4 oz grapefruit vodka
  • 1 1/2 triple sec
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz sweetened lime juice
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 lime twist

Shake all ingredients into an ice filled martini shaker. Shake vigorously at least 20 times.
