Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound of Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion (Medium)
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Package (Small) Velveeta Cheese (Cubed)
  • 11.5 ounce Can of Campbell’s Tomato Juice
  • 1 1/2 Packages of Zestee Crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350˚
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Stir crushed crackers into meat mixture.
Pour into 9 X 13 inch Cake Pan.
Cook for 45 minutes to one hour until done.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Salt and Pepper to Taste.
