Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cardamom, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cinnamon, Saigon
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cloves, Ground
- Pinch McCormick® Gourmet Collection White Pepper, Ground
- 8 black tea bags

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring milk, water, sugar and spices to simmer in medium saucepan. Simmer 1 minute.
2. Place tea bags in milk mixture. Remove from heat; cover. Let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Serve hot. Or, refrigerate until chilled; serve over ice.
