Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 2/3 cups milk
- 2 cups grated parmesean cheese
- 4 Tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 16 oz. dry pasta, cooked
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsely
- cracked black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter is saucepan, add garlic and cook one minute. Stir in flour, then gradually as milk, stirring with a whisk. Cook 6 minutes, or until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add 2 cups parmasean cheese, cream cheese and salt. Stir with a whisk until the cheeses melt. Toss sauce with hot, cooked pasta. Sprinkle with a little more parmesean, chopped parsely and black pepper. Serve immediately.
