Ingredients
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Lbs 95% Lean Ground Meat
- 1 bulb Garlic
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 of a 1.25oz Williams Hot Chili Powder
- 1 of a 1.25oz McCormick Chili Powder
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 TBS A-1
- 1 TBS Teriyaki Marinade
- 4 dashes Worchestershire
- 2 TBS BBQ Sauce
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and Green chili
- 1 light and 1 dark kidney beans

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large pot, brown meat in olive oil
2. Crush and add the garlic
3. Add onion and green pepper
4. Add all Chili powder
5. Add ketchup, mustard, A-1, Teriyaki sauce, Worchestershire and BBQ sauce.
6. Stir to mix well.
7. Added undrained tomatoes.
8. Stir all
9. Drain kidney beans and add to pot
10. Simmer for 30 minutes
