Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Cook until 232 on candy thermeter or forms a firm ball when a small amount is put into cold water. Add butter and vanilla and beat. Pour into buttered pan to cool.
