Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Cook until 232 on candy thermeter or forms a firm ball when a small amount is put into cold water. Add butter and vanilla and beat. Pour into buttered pan to cool.
