Preparation

Step 1

1) Slice potatoes to 1/4 inch thick fries
2) drop into water to rinse starch and then pour out and refill with water and again pour out.
3) fill one more time with water and add ice cubes and let sit for 1 hour
4) Heat oil in fryer to 350
5) Drain and dry fries and then add to oil for 2 to 3 minutes
6) Remove to paper towel and let cool down for 30 minutes
7) Fry at 375 for 4 minutes or until golden and crispy
8) pour fries on to paper towel and season immediately with seasoning of choice
