Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

In small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, rosemary and garlic. Transfer to shallow dish large enough to hold chicken in single layer; set aside. Cut up whole chicken breasts into halves. Place in dish and turn to coat. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or 2 hours in fridge, turning occasionally (if marinated in fridge, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling).

BBQ for 10 to 15 minutes. Add honey and mustard to marinade, brush over chicken and cook 10 minutes longer. Season with salt and pepper.
