Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled apples, chopped
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 cup regular rolled oats
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Combine apples, sugar and lemon juice. Toss lightly and spoon mixture into a 9 inch square baking dish coated lightly with cooking spray.
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon and salt: stir until combined. Sprinkle evenly over apply mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
