Ingredients

  • 10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 head broccoli cut into floweretts
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. corkscrew pasta
  • 1 cup provalone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup asiago cheese, shredded
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 3 TBS flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tap nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli in salted water, drain and set aside

Cook pasta in salted water, drain

Melt butter in skillet, add flour and mix well. Add milk, salt and pepper and nutmeg. Stir in cheeses

On a baking dish add pasta, veges and sauce.

Bake 350 degrees until done.
