Ingredients
- 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 9 inch square baking dish with aluminum foil and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt chocolate & butter in double boiler. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
In a mixing bowl mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add melted chocolate & butter bit by bit. Mix well at low speed.
In a separate bowl mix baking powder, flour & salt. Add dry ingredients to chocolate mixture. With a spoon spread dough evenly in prepared baking pan. Top with raspberries and blueberries then bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
