- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 6 slices turkey ham
- 6 oz nonfat Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness. Layer turkey ham and grated cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up lengthwise and secure with toothpicks.
In a shallow dish, mix flour and pepper. Dredge chicken bundles in flour, dip slightly in beaten egg whites, and coat with bread crumbs. Place chicken bundles seam side down into baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
