Ingredients
- • 5 chicken breasts, chopped and cooked (2 lbs approx.)
- • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 0z)
- • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
- • 1 tsp red crushed chilies
- • 2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
- • Egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Egg noodles according to package directions.
Prepare chicken. Once chicken is cooked through add remaining ingredients. Stir well and serve hot over noodles.
Note: also good served over rice with broccoli florets added.
