Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- Combine and let stand 10 minutes
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Step 1
After oatmeal has set add above ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13” pan then prepare topping.
Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips
½ cup coconut
Mix three ingredients, stirring well. Sprinkle on prepared cake then bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
