Ingredients
- 2 red peppers, in bite size pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut in two and sliced thick
- 1 red onion, in large pieces
- 2 tbsp. Soya sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Tarragon
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 .
Place vegetables in bowl. Add Soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic, and tarragon. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Drain vegetables and reserve marinade
Alternate vegetables on skewers and place on ovenproof platter. Baste with barbecue sauce.
Cook 8 minutes in oven 4 inches from top element. Baste several times with marinade and turn skewers twice.
Serve with barbecue sauce for dipping. Serves 4.
