  • • 1 cup Crisco
  • • 1 cup brown sugar
  • • 1 cup sugar
  • • 1 tsp of salt
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, salt & eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add nuts, mix well. Make two rolls, approximately 2 ½ inches. Wrap in wax paper and chill in freezer overnight. Slice ¼ inch wide. Cook on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes @ 375.
