- • 1 cup Crisco
- • 1 cup brown sugar
- • 1 cup sugar
- • 1 tsp of salt
- • 2 eggs
- • 2 1/2 cups of flour
- • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Step 1
Mix Crisco, sugar, brown sugar, salt & eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix. Add nuts, mix well. Make two rolls, approximately 2 ½ inches. Wrap in wax paper and chill in freezer overnight. Slice ¼ inch wide. Cook on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes @ 375.
