Ingredients
- 2 C Apple Cider
- 1 TBS light brown sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 TBS unsalted butter
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

Step 1
In large skillet over high heat, combine cider, sugar and cinnomon sticks.
Boil until reduced by half and thickened to a syrup, about 10 minutes
Remove cinnamon sticks, whisk in butter and add apples. Cook over medium heat until soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot
