Ingredients
- • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • 1 tsp cornstarch
- • 2 tbsp vinegar
- • 1/4 cup relish
- • 1/2 cup ketchup
- • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- • 1/2 tsp each salt & sugar
- • 1 tsp dry mustard
- • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté chopped onion & crushed garlic in vegetable oil. Add the cornstarch and cook approximately one minute to thicken. Add next four ingredients then bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well, then simmer for five minutes.
