- 1 Large bunch of flat leaf kale
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With sharp knife, remove and discard hard rib, keeping the leaves as intact as possible. Place leaves on sheet pan, drizzle or brush with olive oil and toss to coat5 lightly. Sprinkle generously with salt and bake for 10 minutes, until crispy. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan Cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Cool and serve.
