Ingredients
- Pancakes:
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1/2 t. Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 2 Apples, peeled & chopped
- Cider Sauce:
- 1 C. Sugar
- 2 T. Bisquick
- 1/4 t. Cinnamon
- 1/4 t. Nutmeg
- 2 C. Apple Cider
- 2 T. Lemon Juice
- 1 T. Butter

Preparation
Step 1
For pancakes: mix bisquick, cinnamon, egg & milk until smooth. Stir in the apples. Cook on the griddle.
For the sauce: mix the dry ingredients together in a saucepan; stir in the lemon juice & cider until mixture comes to a boil & thickens. Foil for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat & stir in butter.
