Ingredients
- 1/2 lb seafood (scallops, shrimp, crab meat, etc)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 pkg. Club House White Sauce mix
- 1/2 of a medium onion
- 4 potatoes
- butter
- mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare white sauce according to package, set aside. Cook potatoes then mash them, and set aside. In a fry pan cook seafood in butter. Add onions and cook until tender. Add wine, white sauce, salt and pepper. Heat through, stirring often. Place in oven proof shells that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Put mashed potato through icing bag to make potato swirls around edges of shell on top of seafood mix. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Place in oven to melt and brown cheese, serve immediately.
