Ingredients
- Seasonings:
- • 2 cans beef consommé
- • 2 cups water
- • 2 tsp chicken oxo
- • 1/4 cup celery (and/or other desired veggies)
- • 1 onion, chopped
- • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- • oregano
- • thyme
- • celery salt
- • hot pepper
- • bay leaves
- • parsley
- • pepper
- • chili sauce (2 tbsp)

Preparation
Step 1
Poor consommé and water in large pot, heat through. Add chicken oxo and chopped veggies, onion and garlic. Add seasonings then bring to a boil. Continue boiling for ½ hour. Add 8 – 10 oz of red wine… Enjoy!
