Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/3 soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar ( I don't use)
  • 2 tab. lemon juice or less
  • 1 tab. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow nonmetal container. Place steak in marinade turning to coat completely. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs. or overnight. Remove steak from marinade and place on cooking grate. Cook 5 min. on each side so it is browned on the outside but still medium-rare in the center. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices before serving.
