  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar substitute
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute (I prefer Egg Beaters)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large container, whisk together light cream, milk, sweetener, egg substitute, and vanilla.

2. Pour custard into ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve immediately or place into container and store in freezer.

3. Before serving, place frozen custard in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to soften.
