Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 C (8oz) sour cream
- 1 C sugar
- 6 TBL all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 C chopped peeled cooking apples
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9")
- 3 TBL butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 C packed brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
in lg. bowl, beat eggs
add sour cream
stir in sugar, 2 TBL flour, vanilla & salt - mix well
stir in apples
pour into pie shell
bake @375 for 15 min
meanwhile, combine butter, brown sugar & remaining flour
sprinkle over top of pie
return to oven for 20-25 min or until filling is set
cool completely on wire rack
serve or cover & refrig.
